Attendees will explore efficient project organization, streamlined editing practices, and techniques for handling dialogue, noise reduction, and sound repair. The workshop also covers loudness standards and delivery requirements for major platforms, grounding each topic in practical, real-world workflows used in professional media environments.
Participants will leave with actionable methods to elevate clarity, polish, and consistency across their projects. The session includes approximately 90 minutes of structured instruction followed by an extended Q&A period dedicated to addressing individual questions and specific production challenges.
MEET YOUR TEACHER
Dr. Ioannis Andriotis is a composer, audio artist, and educator with over 20 years of professional experience working across classical music, film scoring, international biennials, and interactive performance. He has taught music composition, audio production, and music technology at the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University, and has led numerous private and small-group courses focused specifically on audio for video. His work bridges creative practice and technical skill, offering students a grounded, real-world approach to sound for visual media and podcasting.
