REGISTER FOR MEDITATIVE PAINTING

Only 6 spots available per class. $200 per student. All materials included. Registration is required.

This four-week painting series continues as a slow, intentional exploration of intuitive abstraction, inviting students to remain in relationship with a single artwork as it evolves over time. Rather than rushing toward a finished result, the class emphasizes presence, responsiveness, and trust in the creative process, allowing the painting to grow, shift, and mature through ongoing engagement.

Weeks 2–4: Developing the Work

The remaining sessions focus on deepening and completing the painting through guided exploration. Students will practice translating emotion and inner experience onto the canvas while building movement, texture, and visual depth. Instruction will support thoughtful layering, contrast, and decision-making, encouraging students to trust the unfolding of the work. Throughout these weeks, the emphasis remains on staying present with the process and allowing the artwork to reveal itself naturally over time.

Energetic Support (Optional):
Participants may choose to receive gentle Reiki energy as part of the course by opting in during registration. This optional group Reiki offering is designed to support creative flow, emotional openness, and a sense of ease during the art-making process, and will be provided only to those who elect to participate.
